3. Pricing & Payments

• Prices are quoted based on site inspection, product selection, and service scope.

• Any additional work or materials beyond the agreed scope will be charged separately.

• Payments must be made as per the agreed schedule. Delayed payments may result in service suspension.

4. Installation & AMC

• Installation timelines depend on site conditions and customer readiness.

• AMC covers preventive maintenance and limited corrective support as per the selected plan.

• AMC does not cover physical damage, power issues, misuse, theft, or natural calamities unless specified.

5. Warranty & Product Support

• Product warranties are provided by the manufacturer (e.g., CP Plus) as per their warranty terms.

• NEW ADVANCE SECURITY SYSTEM is not responsible for manufacturer defects beyond warranty support facilitation.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Provide accurate information and site access for installation and service

• Ensure stable power supply and internet connectivity where required

• Safeguard installed equipment from physical damage or tampering

7. Limitation of Liability

• Security breaches beyond system capability or customer negligence

Customers are solely responsible for:

• Lawful usage of CCTV and surveillance systems

• Compliance with local laws and privacy regulations

• Informing concerned individuals about surveillance where legally required

9. Intellectual Property
